THE WEALTH SPREADERS.... Without a hint of irony, Sarah Palin has begun calling Barack Obama "Barack the Wealth Spreader." I'm not sure if typical voters, who've seen their real wages decline, and who haven't benefitted at all from a series of Republican tax cuts, will necessarily be outraged by the idea of a president offering more economic opportunities to those who've been left behind, but whatever.

time to reseed your lawn, and youve got no spreader? no need to fret, just punch holes in the bottom of a coffee can.then pour your grass seed in, put on the plastic lid, and walk your yard shaking the can as you go. ( this method works with any kind of frtillizer or any dry mixes).

Tomorrow, many Americans will vote for the seductive two-dimensional Obama — the image, the idea
By Mark Steyn
In Tokyo last week, over 1,000 people signed a new petition asking the Japanese government to permit marriages between human beings and cartoon characters. "I am no longer interested in three dimensions. I would even like to become a resident of the two-dimensional world," explained Taichi Takashita.

Sometimes, when a political campaign has run out of ideas and senses that the prize is slipping through its fingers, it rolls up a sleeve and plunges an arm, shoulder deep, right down to the bottom of the barrel. The problem for John McCain, Sarah Palin, and the Republican Party is that the bottom was scraped clean long before it dropped out. Back when the polls were nip and tuck and the leaves had not yet begun to turn, Barack Obama had already been accused of betraying the troops, wanting to teach kindergartners all about sex, favoring infanticide, and being a friend of terrorists and terrorism.

I whipped up this delicious starter for our Valentines dinner with my brother & SIL. Plain & simple, but always a hit (and it looks simply stunning):
You need:
- 1 round tub of philadelphia cream cheese
- sweet thai chilli sauce
- savoury biscuits (plain salted works fine)
1. Decant the cream cheese into the centre of a plate or chip-and-dip server.
