Under the New York City Health Code, chain restaurants are now required to post calorie counts for food items on menus and menu boards. Ok, I am not going to make youse guys puke by posting a picture of Larry King live, I am still wondering how he has such a young kid, I mean seriously, but his show does have some of the most watchable moments on TV and best guests. CNN is lacking for cute guys, it seems male reporters don't have to be hitting on much in the looks department, but all the female employees have to be at least attractive, if not gorgeous. I'm not a chocolate cake fan, but my husband LOVES this cake. For the cake: 1 cup Guinness 1 stick plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 2 cups superfine sugar 3/4 cup sour cream 2 eggs 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda For the frosting: 8 oz cream cheese 1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar 1/2 cup heavy cream Preheat the oven to 350, and butter and line a 9 inch springform pan. Pour the Guinness into a large wide saucepan, add the butter - in spoons or slices - and heat until the butter's melted, at which time you should whisk in the cocoa and sugar.
