Tri-Color Tortellini at Pizza Capri
My boyfriend and I went to Chicago the other day and we randomly picked a restaurant: Pizza Capri.
I got this tri-color tortellini with parmesan garlic cream sauce, chicken, pine nuts and spinach, and I asked for mushrooms and broccoli for more healthy veggies. This was one of the most amazing dishes I've ever had!
Chicken Tortellini Casserole (super easy!)

I improvised this tortellini with sun-dried tomato pesto recipe when the boyfriend and I had a dinner party. It was so easy but very well-received.

Okay I am planning a bbq to celebrate my 32nd birthday in July. I usually get very obsessed with planning the menu and start making lists way in advance. So far here are my thoughts.

I don't know about anyone else out there, but working full time can take a toll on your lunch creativity. When it comes to getting up early enough to make a decent packed lunch, vs. sleeping in, i opt for more sleep.
