Most of the Libyans behave/d like racists. They did neither like the Moroccans, the Egyptians, the Tunisians nor the Saudi Arabians. I felt awful.

I love this recipe. It is so easy to make and you can totally wow your friends with how elegant it looks and how delicious it tastes!
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon water
5-6 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut into bits
1/4 cup sugar
Glaze:
1/2 cup apricot jam
2-3 tablespoons water
Thaw puff pastry at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.

I made this White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake for a barbecue last year. It really wasn't that hard to make and was so delicious that people kept asking me where I bought it! Here is the recipe.

2 small carrots, peeled, cut on the diagonal into 1-inch pieces
2 small beets, each cut into 6 wedges
1/2 small sweet dumpling squash or acorn squash, cut into 8 wedges
1 medium parsnip, peeled, cut on the diagonal into 1-inch pieces
1 large fennel bulb, cut into 8 wedges, tops reserved
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup apricot jammixed with 2 tablespoons warm water
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, branches reserved for stuffing
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, bone in, skin on (2 1/2 pounds total)
1/2 lemon, cut lengthwise into 4 wedges
1. Heat oven to 450°. In a large bowl, toss vegetables with 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons apricot-jam mixture, and thyme leaves; season to taste with salt and pepper.

At the welcome back party I planned on YumSugar and threw on Saturday night I made a rustic red fruit tart for dessert. It was absolutely delicious and there was just enough for everyone to get a slice.
Red Fruit Tart
From Rachael Ray magazine
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
Ice water
1 large egg, separated
1 1/4 pounds ripe plums (sliced), strawberries (halved) and cherries (halved)
Sugar, for sprinkling
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons apricot jam, heated and strained
In a food processor, pulse the flour with the salt.

I created this sandwich one day in school.
Need:
:Bread
:tomatoes
:cucumber
:mayonnaise and here is the twist apticot jam
.Take two slices of bread butter each
.Put mayonnaise on one slice
.Cut cucumber put on to the mayonnaise slice of bread
.Cut tomatoes put on top of cucumber
.Take second slice of bread put apricot jam on put on top of tomatoes
close your eyes and say a prey and enjoy
