Au Revoir Simone is an electronic indie pop band from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York, formed in late 2003. The group is composed of Erika Forster (vocals/keyboard), Annie Hart (vocals/keyboard) and Heather D'Angelo (vocals/drum machine/keyboard). The band's name comes from a line Pee-Wee Herman says to a minor character (named Simone) in Tim Burton's Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.

POOR old De Beers is being harassed on all sides.
Though the diamond giant claims everything is tickety-boo with resurgent sales, chairman Julian Ogilvie Thompson warns of 'the likely increases in the flow of rough diamonds from Angola and the US stockpile, and uncertainty over possible leakages of Russian goods'.
All very ominous but cynics are also remarking on the coincidence that the £150 million recently raised on the capital markets equates neatly with the cost of the current final dividend payout.

U2 360° Tour is ongoing now for worldwide concert tour to support U2's 2009 album No Line on the Horizon. This tour will visit stadiums from 2009 through 2010 and is named after the 260-degree staging and audience configuration it uses for shows, which U2 claims is "the first time a band has toured in stadiums with such a unique and original structure. " Since the U2 fans will feel excited by visiting U2 in some concert, there is still more excited news saying that it will be a live broadcasting in YouTube for one concert.

BOISE, Idaho - A Utah music teacher killed while trying to prevent the crash of a bus carrying dozens of her students was hailed as a heroine.
Heather Christensen, 33, a woodwind instructor at American Fork High School, was killed Saturday night when the bus veered from Interstate 15 and rolled south of Pocatello, where the band had won a competition hosted by Idaho State University.
Christensen, of Spanish Fork, Utah, left her seat to grab the steering wheel after seeing the bus driver slump over, students and colleagues said.
