UPDATE:
Basil slept most of yesterday but seemed slightly better. He started eating a tiny bit and drinking some water, and was able to hold it down. He hasn't thrown up in a day and a half.

Not that basil is such a big problem to chop... (and basil this time of year is pretty spotty,) but this is such an efficient way to do it!
When using basil, use all the leaves, regardless of size.

He's put us through many sleepless nights, the most frustrating housebreaking experience EVER, and hundreds up trips up and down the stairs.
Two emergency vet visits, one major surgery, two ear infections, an eye infection, diarrhea, vomiting...
Stinky farts, stinky breath, stinky poops.

Sometimes, Basil sleeps on his back with his legs straight out in the air. I think it's hilarious - how can he possibly be comfortable? But he does it for HOURS.
