I have had much success with this recipe! I had tried making peanut brittle the traditional way but was either too impatient or inexperienced to produce anything other than very dark candy with burned peanuts - yuck!
I may sound a little unconventional, but it works and it is fast…so fast in fact, I once made 15 batches on a continuous cycle of zapping and cleaning.

Do you have dry frizzy ends? Don't want to spend $$$ on name brand oils for hair? There is a little known wonderful quality of olive oil. In the Middle East, they have used olive oil for centuries on their hair. Drizzle a tiny tab of olive oil in your palms and rub together gently. Apply to ends of hair and comb through with a wide tooth comb. I do this on a day when I am not working and just let it moisturize all day. Your ends will be much healthier and shinier!

Restrictions on prescription of osteoporosis drugs 'defy belief', says leading doctor
By Fiona Macrae (The Mail online)
Thousands of women are being denied better osteoporosis drugs because of unnecessarily restrictive Government guidelines, a doctor said last night.
Professor David Reid, an expert on brittle bones, said the rules are so stringent that GPs are often prevented from giving alternative treatments to those suffering side-effects from their pills.
A once-a-year jab that could save thousands from the misery of broken bones is also not going to be assessed for use on the NHS in England and Wales for at least three years, according to Professor Reid, despite being available in Scotland
Frail: There are 230,000 people in the UK who break weakened bones each year
It means that sufferers are being denied drugs that could have a major impact on their health and their quality of life.

I know my BF loves this and would love it if i made some for him... the only rule is, it can't have any nuts other than peanuts in it, b/c he's very allergic. (PS - peanuts aren't nuts, they're lagumes so he can eat those)...

So here's the deal. I am procrastinating (putting off studying for finals), bored, and majorly craving chocolate chip cookies. So I thought I'd see what you all like ...

So I've been thinking of doing a nail care blog since I got into nail polishes.
My nails were brittle, splitting, chipping..Just in overall bad shape! After doing
some major haulage at my local beauty supply store, I came across Orly's Calcium Shield Treatment.

Yesterday, I headed over to my local beauty supply store and for the first time, I bought Milani polish. I bought two reds, only because I have only one here. Which is a Sinful colors polish in "fabulous red".

As it grows out of our scalp, our hair is no longer alive. Once the hair is damaged, the hair has no way of repairing itself because its already dead.
So many things can damage our hair, and although natural wear and tear can't be avoided, you CAN protect your hair from many damaging elements.
