Pão de Queijo
Adapted from Recipezaar and Sonia-Portuguese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups tapioca flour
2-3 eggs (I had a cracking accident and used 2 eggs, 1 yolk and some white)
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium-large sized pot bring milk, water, oil, and salt to a low boil. Remove from heat once boiling.
Add in tapioca flour, stirring as fast as possible. Use a wooden spoon, not a whisk, as the dough will become very sticky.

lunch - two slice of carrot cake(damn nice :D) + one charsiew bun+one ham+egg+cheese+mayo roll+ tea.+ apple .and i havent finish eating !
dinner-subway(6inch subway club)!

lunch-meatball+potatosss+coleslaw+icelemontea+salmon burger+barley.

breakfast-two slice of bread with peanut butter+one jap chocolate bread+one orange+one banana.
lunch-alot of rice(like 2 -3bowls) with cabbage +minced meat + fish + red bean soup+orange+watermelon
teabreak-2curry bun+ one jap chocolate bun.
dinner-rice+dishes+soup+charsiew bun+ mushrooms and cheese bun+ tau sar piah+curry puff+barley+fruits+abit of this and that la:@
i gained 0.5kg ._.

breaKFAST- two pau +one siewmai+one lormaikai(??)+green tea
went home and started watching my korean show and hula hoop like finally. but only can do one hour(max)per day )-:
andmy nails are almost ruin cause i keep bitting them when i am eating!!!!!!!!
lunch-two slice of bread with peanut butter + yoghurt + curry bun.

5 cups cooked drained yellow squash - mashed or chopped
1/2 chopped onion
2 stalks celery chopped
1 egg beaten
1 prepared pkg or box of corn bread mix ( I use Morrison's Corn Kits)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Cook cornbread according to directions on package.
In a large bowl combine cooked cornbread, 3/4 cup cheese and the rest of the ingredients above. Mix well.

Last day of school already .
breakfast-2slice of bread with peanut butter and meatfloss + one cheese bread and coffee
lunch-2slice of walnut bread with peanut butter and meatfloss+one ham and cheese bread+ one slice of mango cake + two glass of milk+grapes+digestive biscuits.
teabreak-one slice of bread+grapes
DINNER-2BIGPLATE OF FRIED BEEHOON AND ONE BIG BOWL OF GREEN BEAN SOUP!

breakfast- two slice of bread with peanut butter + 1 apple + 2 cups of milk + pancake with cheese (2)(my whole family did not eat and went out and this what i eat )
lunch -(went jp) ate beef noodles + meatball mee sua and alot side dish and egg beancurd and red milk tea with pearl and biscuits .
teabreak-vitagen + energy bar
dinner - 3 or 4 wrap (wtffff) + chicken + vege +grapes+mustard + alot of things la.
and there was left over chicken and no more wrap so ....
