Twinkle's delicious-looking snack from earlier today reminded me of this treat I used to make a lot. So, when we were at the store, I got the goods and whipped up a batch after dinner. Best of all, this utilizes the microwave and the fridge - nothing more.

Easiest ever and kids and hubby love! Ever made one?
If you don't have a pizza dough ready since the night before that you've prepared, use one from Pillsbury :) Roll out dough, top with Don Pepinos pizza sauce(or anything, hubs just likes thiers- it is darn good) and sprinkle on browned ground beef (cooked with half an onion, diced) and slices of pepperoni(we just like to add that, like a meat lovers, lol) and then the mozzarella cheese and bake 425 degrees, 10 -12 min.

Sweet and Sour dishes are one of my favorite things to order whenever I'm out. I love the combination of the two flavors, especially when you add in the pineapple and peppers. Yum!
