SINCE being bitten by the acting bug, Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson has been cutting his teeth on a role that melts millions of teenage hearts.
A betting man or woman probably wouldn’t have put money on Robert Pattinson being the next big thing. This is a guy who was expelled from school, only joined a drama club because "there were pretty girls there" and, well, isn’t exactly the most classically good-looking bloke around.

Jennie Garth likes to be lazy. She describes herself as a "homebody" who lucked into her 20-year acting career, calling it a "right place, right time" kind of thing. Williams told me, "I didn't know what my boundaries were for a long time, which made interviews feel very unsafe. I can talk about grief, because that's mine; about single parenting; about trying to balance work and kids. But what I don't have to talk about is what happened between Heath and me in our relationship''.

The short version of the story: my college bf of over 3.5 years has told me he thinks it would be wise for us to "take a break." This is my first relationship and I don't really know how to respond. In fact, we had this conversation over a month ago and haven't really talked about it since.

Wealthy Wall Street financiers and other business figures provided crucial support for Mr Obama during the election, backing him over the Republican candidate John McCain as the right leader to rescue the collapsing US economy.

I ran across this article, and thought it might prompt some interesting discussions.
I've said for a few years now that the women's movement of the 1970's ultimately did us no favors; it just overburdened us with impossible workloads and insane expectations, and made us feel we should be grateful for them.
This is a bit long, but is a quick read.
