I have recently been side-tracked in my yoga pratice due to an over-bearing schedule. I would rather participate in group yoga instead of alone at home, but I am unable to sign up for any classes because nothing in my area is available in my time frame. Many of my friends has asked me how to make back-up copies of some of their DVDs, and is it possible to play a movie on your pc, pause it, and then copy that image to desktop background?
