'Un-American' attacks can't derail health care debate
By Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer
Americans have been waiting for nearly a century for quality, affordable health care.
Health coverage for all was on the national agenda as early as 1912, thanks to Teddy Roosevelt's Bull Moose presidential run. Months after World War II came to an end in 1945, President Harry Truman called on Congress to guarantee all Americans the "right to adequate medical care and protection from the economic fears of sickness."

The American Life League has finally discovered the secret, immoral ingredient that makes Krispy Kreme doughnuts so very addictive: fetuses. And they are not happy.
Having been tipped off to Krispy Kreme's dastardly scheme to make their doughnuts even more addictive than abortion on demand by their insidious use of the word "choice" in a recent free promotion, American Life League president "Not Downtown" Judie Brown had this to say:

Found this on another site, and I'd be going if I hadn't already voted!
In order to "applaud Americans who exercise their right to vote in the 2008 Presidential campaign", Krispy Kreme will be giving all voters a FREE doughnut on election day!
So, on Tuesday, November 4th, all participating Krispy Kreme stores will offer you one free star-shaped doughnut with red, white, and blue sprinkles!

Jake's class (Kindergarten) is having a Christmas breakfast on the 15th. They've asked all the parents to bring something for it (no nuts because a boy in his class is severly allergic to them). Do any of you have fun, not too messy, breakfast ideas?
