Here's my favorite fudge recipe. I cannot eat it anymore (because it has got too much sugar for my system) but I can attest to the fact that it delicious as three years ago I made it and umm...ate all 4 pounds myself. Bad wackdoodle bad!

I tried this recipe out last night on the family because I'm trying to find recipes for Christmas. :) We always bake a lot of treats, put them in gift bags with soaps, lotions, decks of cards, etc.., and give them to the people in nursing homes for Christmas since many of them are forgotten. :(
This was really easy and turned out great!

Last time I visited my mother at her home on the Chesapeake Bay I picked up this great recipe cookbook. The are all recipes from the people that live there. I have cooked a lot of these, although it is a bit hard to find a low-fat recipe in here, LOL.

Lately, I've been all about the gifts and goodies - looking for new ideas to share and fun things to make for friends and family. Therefore, the majority of my time in the library has been reserved to this particular section.
And, well, this weekend, Jackpot!
