Gnocchi Alla Gorgonzola
I had this at a local restaurant and BOY was it good. I know it might be a bit involved for home cooking, but a special occasion deserves a special recipe. And really, gnocchi with any sauce is good.
Nuovo Roasted Sweet Potato Gnocchi Gluten Free
I had the pleasure of cooking a package of Nuovo's Roasted Sweet Potato Gnocchi last night (I have also bought the basil and the original). I followed the cooking instructions and topped it with a alfredo sauce with a little bit of "Jane's Crazy Mixed-up Salt". Yum-O!!!!Nuovo Basil Gnocchi Gluten Free
I had the pleasure of cooking a package of Nuovo's Basil Gnocchi last night (I have also bought the sweet potato and the original). I followed the cooking instructions and topped it with a marinara and mozzarella. Thankfully, it generated 2 portions, because it was great, and I had the leftovers today.
