The other night I roasted a bunch of vegetables to have with steak. Of course I always make enough for ten people and there is only my husband and I. I had a lot left over and I didn't want to waste it so I decided to make soup.

Greece is a land of vibrant cuisine. It is food that is neither spicy nor bland, but rich in the flavors of the Mediterranean. It is comfort food in the truest sense of the word.

100' & Girly
Beth began the trek out of Jay’s yard into what now seemed a whole new world to discover. Having completely stepped over his house, Beth struggled to plant both her bare feet within the width of the street. UGH!, Beth groaned as she pushed several parked cars aside with her toes, gently curling the balls of her feet, nudging the stubborn vehicles onto sidewalks and front yards.

This is everything, minus five items I pulled out for swapping.
This was actually a pretty exhausting task...so you'd better enjoy, or else :impatient:.
Anyways, I'll start with my favorite beauty product ever...

This recipe takes the Middle Eastern side dish and transforms it into a hunger-squashing main meal. This Greek side dish is a great source of vitamin K and omega-3s and with 24 grams of protein and six grams of fiber, it will shut up a rumbling stomach for hours.
Ingredients:
2/3 c medium-grind bulgur (next to the rice in most supermarkets)
1 2/3 c water
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
12 oz precooked peeled or thawed frozen shrimp, coarsely chopped
3/8 tsp black pepper
1 c diced cucumber
1 pint grape tomatoes
1/2 c chopped red onion
1/2 c chopped parsley
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 c (2 oz) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine bulgur, water, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice; bring to a boil.

Most of the Libyans behave/d like racists. They did neither like the Moroccans, the Egyptians, the Tunisians nor the Saudi Arabians. I felt awful.
