To remove the citrus fruits’ bitter white pith for this fresh recipe, cut the peel away with a sharp knife. This recipe makes more dressing than you’ll need; you can refrigerate the extra for up to 5 days.
Prep: 18 minutes Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 medium halved peeled avocado, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 peeled pink grapefruit, cut into sections
1 peeled navel orange, cut into sections
1/2 red pepper, chopped
4 minced green onions
4 cups field greens
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients (through honey) in a food processor or blender, or use a handheld immersion blender, and process for 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

I absolutely love the warm taste of the salmon melt in my mouth next to the delcious sweet grapefruit sauce. Such an interesting mix together, but soo delicious! Such a suprisingly good taste!

today eat for the whole day.
breakfast-two slice of bread with meat floss and peanut butter
2nd breakfast (?)-dimsum(glutiness(?) rice with chicken and alot things inside,siewmai,hargao,cheechongfan,porridge,charsiewpao,custardbun,dumpling,milk tea,yam cake.(i feel that still have but dont know what already!)
teabreak-icecream(straberry cheesecake and grapefruit)
teabreak-muffin one
lunch-sugarcane+fishball noodles.
teabreak-custard bun and one banana muffin and a few bites of orange muffin and coffee.

An all natural, very mild liquid soap for
everyday use in your
kitchen or bath.
Ingredients: (Makes 2 - 8 oz bottles)
All ingredients were measured.
2 cups of grated (cured) castile soap
1 tablespoon of palm oil
1 teaspoon vodka
1/2 tablespoon glycerin (optional)
1/2 teaspoon lemon essential oil (or any EO)
1/2 teaspoon grapefruit essential oil (or any EO)
1/2 teaspoon eucalyptus essential oil (or any EO)
2 1/2-3 cups of spring or distilled water
2 pump or foaming bottles
Over low heat and in a double-boiler pan, add grated
soap, palm oil, glycerin and water.

Recipe makes approximately 4 ozs. ~ all ingredients are weighed
Phase I
2.8 ozs Castor Oil
.08 ozs Iron Oxide/Mica Powder/D&C color (a combination to obtain the
desired shade of lipstick)
.36 ozs Mica White (for a pastel shimmer lipstick) otherwise add this additional
amount of another pigment.
Phase II
.5 ozs Beeswax Pearls
.32 ozs Carnauba Wax
.06 ozs Vitamin E Oil
.16 ozs Lanolin
Phase III
drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract
drops of any all natural flavor oil (we used Cranberry)
Put the ingredients from Phase I into a small pan over very low heat.

WELL – well – MEN… He was stressed out every day and then he „wanted to cheer me up“, by having been on Tuesday Market, yet instead of the whole list he only bought two items on it… Salad and fresh onions. The rest = tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, he had forgotten so luckily and i had been so stupid and had even printed it on an A4 paper… GREAT – why did i take that effort when he forgot everything? Well it was HIS stress not mine… The other day he came home around 13:00 hrs, slept till 15:00 hrs, got up and said: “ I have to go to the bakery.
