Sometimes I feel that I bear a resemblance to the Tin Man. While I may not be silver, I am quite often shiny and I hate it. I often tell my husband that I could probably make the reserves for oil companies all by myself.

Clean & Green
Here's a collection of my favorite natural cleaning formulas, concoctions
and witches brews. MOST are safe and nontoxic, with a few exceptions which are clearly noted.
Use the ingredients listed below when making your own alternative cleaners, most are
inexpensive and you probably already have many of them in your kitchen cupboards.

Try this tropical treat! Avocados are one of the best sources of monounsaturated fats you can buy. This recipe makes more dressing than you’ll need.

At the end of a long day, it's always nice to come home and relax, particularly when that relaxation involves a bathtub, a glass of wine, and some music. It's the best way to destress and wash away all your cares of the day, particularly during the summer.
So, tonight, after you walk in the door and kick off your shoes, take an hour or so and treat yourself to a little time in the tub.

YOU may regard the electric blender as a helpful household appliance. For your bartender, it is a tool straight from the devil.
“You’d be hard pressed to find a barman who takes his work seriously who works in a joint with a blender,” said Duggan McDonnell, an owner of the bar Cantina in San Francisco.
