This recipe comes from Ina Garten and it's very easy to put together. I made it around the holidays when I felt the need for an extra vegetable, but still wanted to keep things a little bit more rich and special.
Trust in Ina!

Hey KGs!
I wanted to share my Thanksgiving menu and see if you had any ideas and/or advice. This is the first year we are going to deep-fry our bird.

Made the garlicky cherry tomato and bread gratin for an evening snack tonight to try it out. It looked better in the au gratin, but I forgot to take a picture then! This recipe is so easily scaled down to one person in an individual au gratin (baked for only 20 minutes).

When I saw this, i thought it was very interesting... fruit soup? But when I looked at the pictures and read the recipe, it sounded soooo good for when you are staying indoors, reading a book, in a cold rainy and wintery weather :).
