I know what you're thinking. Who are the 40 Thieves?
They're a local band who specializes in Irish music mixed in with a little bit of rock and roll on the side.

Located on the freedom trail across from Boston City Hall on Union Street. The Purple Shamrock is a nice escape from the craziness of Quincy Market. It is a great place to stop by and have a bite to eat.

I have done some spontaneous trips in the past couple of years - I haven't thought alot of things through about them, like who I'm travelling with or where I'm going to stay or whether I have enough money to get through it. Makes it more fun, I always say - the suspense keeps me guessing, wanting more and the excitement of it being a risky business keeps adrenline at a constant high. It also gives me the freedom to come up with plans as I go along.

Irish sayings:
-Legend of Saint Patrick-
"Good St. Patrick travelled far, to teach God's Holy Word
And when he came to Erin's sod, a wondrous thing occurred
He plucked a shamrock from the earth and held it in His hand
To symbolise the Trinity that all might understand
The first leaf for the Father
And the second for the Son
The third leaf for the Holy Spirit
All three of them in one. "
-What Shall I Say About the Irish?-
"The utterly impractical, never predictable,
Sometimes irascible, quite inexplicable, Irish.Strange blend of shyness,
pride and conceit,
And stubborn refusal to bow in defeat.

This is one of my favourite Christmas songs. It is probably the one song you are guaranteed to hear on every Irish radio station and in every Irish pub at this time of year!
"Fairytale of New York" was released as a single in 1987 and reached #1 in the Irish charts and #2 in the British charts, over Christmas (the time of peak sales).

One word. Amazing. These two books are now at the top of my list of all the books I've ever read.

Sometimes I'll be in love with an entire Nora Roberts series, but often, that's just not the case and I don't mind admitting it. However, even amidst a series that didn't completely work for me, there's always one little jewel that simply begs to be read again and again. Usually, for whatever reason, I find that it's the second book in the trilogy that intrigues me the most.

Went out to an irish pub to practice for St Patrick's day. I am irish, so what can I say? I do own a lot of green (it's one of my favorite colors since my eyes are green), so I had much to choose from.

I didn't even remember how I got there. Last thing I remember, I was throwing back a few dozen at McGuinness's Irish Pub and then this morning I was on this bench with some stray dog licking my hand and these church people giving me dirty looks. It was hilarious!

I bought these shorts and was determined to find an outfit to go with them for going out for my birthday.
We are going to an irish pub that also has an upstairs for dancing with hip hop so i didnt want to be too dressy but at the same time, i love going all out for my birthday.
Shorts - H&M
blouse - Simons
wedges - Old Navy
I think this entire outfit comes to about 70$ not bad eh!
