Mini Pizzas For All
This is great to do with kids or even having a little party or movie night with friends.
Use whatever you’ve got for a base for the pizzas – corn or flour tortillas, pita breads, or even actual mini pizza crusts. You can even go really small and use English muffins.

Moo = My mom
My mom grew up on a dairy farm in Lancaster County Pennsylvania where there is a wonderful mixture of traditions. Lancaster is also one of the places in the country where you will find a large Amish and Mennonite community. This recipe comes from her childhood and my childhood and because I actually made a batch that my mom thought was wonderful I feel I can pass it along here.

I am not the hugest fan of eggs, but I love frittatas. They are a snap to make and you can use whatever you want from your fridge.
Frittatas are great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner depending on your fillings.

Hey Kitchen Goddesses! I was making chocolate cheesecake last night. The recipe called for a 10-inch spring form pan, but the one I own is a 9-inch pan.

So I picked up this giganto sized ham for Easter, and now we have TONS leftover. My husband is happy because he loves ham, but I can only have plain ham for so long. Does anyone have any good recipies for me to use for all this ham?

Tonight for dinner I was feeling lazy so I scoured my fridge for whatever I could find. I got creative and made a bowl of warm deliciousness that was total comfort food.
I used some leftover quinoa that had been seasoned with a little cilantro and olive oil.
