This goes along with the story that I posted in 4.0 about Meatless Mondays in Baltimore schools
Jon Stewart ended an interview with climate-change contrarian and Super Freakonomics co-author Steven Levitt on Monday night by noting, "I've apparently frightened our audience by suggesting that conservation isn't the only way out of any of the problems of the world. I sincerely apologize."
He added, "And I do also believe that we should just eat vegetables."

Greece is a land of vibrant cuisine. It is food that is neither spicy nor bland, but rich in the flavors of the Mediterranean. It is comfort food in the truest sense of the word.

Greek cooking offers an incredibly rich and diverse array of foods and beverages that are the culmination of literally thousands of years of living, cooking, and eating. While each Greek meal is fresh and inviting, it is also a trip back through Greece's history.

The names of foods, cooking methods, and basic ingredients have changed little over time.

Ok, to date I've lost 30lbs slowly and have another 35-40lbs to go. So I bought I book called the no crave diet and want to start and would like feeback:
THE PLAN which averages 18-22lbs lost in 8 weeks:
Basically 3 big meals a day
2 servings of low g.i fruits a day
25 grams of protein per meal (amount depends on starting weight)
unlimited non-starchy veggies
limited legumes (2 tbs every other day)
tons and tons of water
Allowed protein sources are:
the usual lean protein sources like egg whites, chicken/tofu and kashi go lean
Does this sound healthy and doable?

There is much talk about milk and how it affects your body and its relation to several illnesses. For me, I was urged by my doctors to lay off the moo juice and its products to help alleviate my symptoms of Endometriosis. So far, it has worked and has done wonders for my digestive system (as well as my weight)!
