80s fantasy chick and Weird Science babe Kelly LeBrock, now 47, lost 31 pounds on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club back in 2005, but has since gained it back and says that the way she lost the weight wasn’t healthy. She told OK! Magazine that she’s “never going to diet again” and that she will “never eat lettuce again.”
Now I understand never dieting if it’s something that means starving for you, as long as you’re not talking about taking it to the extreme and eating huge portions of bad food, which would be someone’s prerogative I guess, but never eating lettuce?

This is a BLT sandwich recipe with a gourmet flair and extremely yummy.
Ingredients:
:star: Bacon
:star: Bread
:star: Mayonnaise
:star: Tomatoes
:star: Lettuce
:star: Balsamic Vinegar
Start off by "lightly" toasting three slices of bread. I actually use a larger piece of bread.

Hopefully this is the answer you were looking for! I love this recipe. I got it from Bill Phillip's Body For Life recipe book 'Eating For Life' (which has tons more delicious and healthy alternatives for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks).

Does anyone know of a recipe similar, if not the actual recipe, for the vegeterian lettuce wraps at P.F. Chang's? They're so good and I'd like to try to make them myself.

WASHINGTON — First lady Michelle Obama planted the first fruit and vegetable seedlings in the new White House garden Thursday, assisted by a group of eager fifth-graders who tend to a similar garden at their school.
An advocate of eating fresh and healthy food, she could be enjoying salads made with lettuce from the garden in about two weeks.
Spinach, assorted types of lettuce, herbs, onions, shallots, cucumbers and peas are among the crops planted Thursday.
