This version of chiffon cake combines style with the crispness of fresh lime juice. Canola oil and beaten egg whites achieve the lightness of angel food cake and a tender, moist crumb. Blueberries, mint and lime wedges are simple elegant garnishes.

If you've never tried salmon with lime, you should! It's a great flavor pairing and one that I really enjoy. I used to have a recipe for Salmon with lemon and limes, but somehow, I seem to have lost the recipe.

I made this last summer and it was excellent. A little strange at first, but everyone at work who tried it loved it. It makes for a nice presentation too.

So being the lime lover that I am, I brought a big VOSS bottle to work. I never enjoy water by itself unless its room temperature, but I had to spruce up the cold water. I took some 2 whole limes and cut them up and squeezed the juice into the bottle.

This is another old school song from Lime. This could be another song from my personal jukebox. Hope you like this one, because only one person posted a comment on my post "Babe we're gonna love tonight by Lime" :rotfl: It's sad because it is a GREAT song!
