MANGO sticky rice
1 cup of uncooked jasmine rice
*(traditionally kow neow is used-kow means rice, neow mean sticky but they don't sell that at my local grocery store)
1 can of coconut milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe mangos
1. In a medium saucepan bring 1 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add rice and stir.

Mango Sticky Rice Recipe?
I am making this really delicious Thai beef soup tonight for a small dinner gathering this evening, I will post the recipe tomorrow but I wanted to make mango with sticky rice. I was just wondering, if anyone had a recipe or any tips. Thanks!

breakfast-one lotus bread and one pandan kaya bread+ 3 bowls of meat floss + tea+ abit of fried mee sua+orange+one slice of carrot cake. lunch-alot of rice + fried chicken+fried fish and alot vege and soup + orange + one mini pau +one orange + one pear+ one vitagen. STOP EATING MOUTH.
