My favorite cookbook ever is How To Cook Everything by Mark Bittman. It really tells you how to cook EVERYTHING! Not only are there great recipes in here, but I grab this book all the time when I wonder to myself, "How do I cut a whole chicken into parts?"

The boyfriend made this last night for the first time, and it was awesome! We got the recipe from How To Cook Everything by Mark Bittman, but I don't have it in front of me, so this is what I remember:
INGREDIENTS:
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups (approx. 2 15 oz.
