So I'm all about the soup lately. I went to lunch with friends on Friday and had tortilla soup then Sunday I was really craving it again. I decided to try my hand and make my own.

The other night I roasted a bunch of vegetables to have with steak. Of course I always make enough for ten people and there is only my husband and I. I had a lot left over and I didn't want to waste it so I decided to make soup.

A couple weeks ago I went to lunch at a deli down the street from my work and had the most delicious Tomato Gorgonzola soup. I decided to try and make it myself. I scoured the internet for a recipe and ended up mixing several together to make this one.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb spinach leaves, washed, stemmed & chopped
- 14 ounces canned plum tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fat free cheese
Directions
1) Wash lentils. Cook till tender but firm, about 4 minutes.
2) Heat olive oil in large pot & when hot add garlic.

breakfast-cereal+bread+salmon+cheese + coffee
lunch-chicken salad(yum)+ fat dressing + beef + chicken
dinner - wrap w /mince meat , dumpling(3), vege+meat+mantou+barley
today run v little only.
later do 100 sit up .)-:
i am very disapoointed with myself today cause i do v little exercise

I am making Whiplash's Chicken Tikka Masala for dinner tonight and I just realized that I forgot to buy cream. Since my husband will be home late tonight, going to buy cream when he comes back is not an option. The chicken is already in the oven and I was about to make the sauce.
