Orange Blossom Sour Cream Pound Cake
Adapted from Sour Cream Pound Cake at The Wandering Eater
This recipe whips up a lot of extra batter. I had enough for the loaf as well as 10 cupcakes. Also, the orange blossom flavor was very subtle and only noticeable in the crust - an additional bit of orange extract or fresh orange peel would have been good.

Want to buy some candles that actually smell up a room and tired of paying over $20 for just one candle? Even though these candles are a little more than I would pay for on a daily basis, I really LOVE these candles. They are all home made and they really smell up a room and last forever.

Had received a dressing down because i had oedemas (in my legs). NO salt – over – well – yes I started… Now I know why that fairy tale in which the three daughters of the king were asked by their father: “how do you describe my love for you?” – the first said sugar – the second said like my best dress and the third answered: LIKE SALT… Only those who know how food tastes without salt – know how right the third daughter was… Well – the father was stupid – he kicked her out of the house… After years – when he tasted food without salt because they had no more salt left in the palace – he remembered how right his third daughter was and was very upset of himself… He then regretted bitterly what he said and did to her… WELL at least he knew at last – some NEVER know not even when they are dying – no – that is no longer abt salt… ;)
OK so no more salt – nettle tea and not standing nor sitting too long… For a housewife THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM – right? Well coffee and salt – because coffee too – kept these oedemas alive – brilliant – how great!

At the end of a long day, it's always nice to come home and relax, particularly when that relaxation involves a bathtub, a glass of wine, and some music. It's the best way to destress and wash away all your cares of the day, particularly during the summer.
So, tonight, after you walk in the door and kick off your shoes, take an hour or so and treat yourself to a little time in the tub.

Well I liked this when I first tried it in the magazine strip but when I recieved not so much. I love the bottle and often keep fragrances that I'm not that crazy about just to have the awesome bottle on my dresser. The smell has been compared to Maybe Baby by Benefit but I actually think MB is better because it's softer.

I found this on a shelf in a "discount store" for $1.20 for a package. Surprise... it was fresh & in date, so I bought it.

I'm starting to get into the spirit of giving. I love this time of year when the leaves start to change color and the weather turns crisp and chill. So I'm ready and willing to do anything to help make it seem more "fall" like around me, rather than the outskirts of summer.

I have been a Chanel girl for many years, before that I wore Beautiful. I've become a bit of a perfume junkie now, so here are the bottles on my perfume tray:
Lolita Lempecka
I smelled this one many times before I gave in. It is very distinctive, smells like nothing I've ever worn.

I got this face cream free with my recent order from Beauty.com because of the amount of money I spent.
So I thought, "Cool!". I started using this stuff the night I received it.
