Since this is my first post, I wanted to explain what made me want to create this blog. My grandfather recently passed away and was buried in Israel, alongside my grandmother. While my parents flew to Israel for the burial, I was not able to be there (flying from New York to Israel is expensive).

1. Worst fast-food chicken meal
Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips from McDonald's (5 pieces) with creamy ranch sauce
830 calories
55 grams (g) fat (4.5 g trans fat)
48 g carbohydrates
The only thing "premium" about these strips is the caloric price you pay. Add a large fries and regular soda and this seemingly innocuous chicken meal tops out at 1,710 calories.

In my quest for the healthy pizza, I do believe this is a close winner.
So, without further ado, let's hop to it.
Ingredients:
1 Mama Mia's Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust (you can pick whatever crust you want, this is just the one I've figured the calories for)
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup low fat ricotta cheese
Enough spinach leaves to cover the pizza (you could use frozen, but I'm personally a fan of fresh spinach, and it's cheaper where I get it)
1/2 cup low fat mozzarella (I buy pregrated to save time, however you can grade your own)
1 medium tomato
1 tbsp asiago cheese
Steps toward your darling pizza:
