The cost of maintaining a home and appliances is often a major deterrent for those debating whether to rent or purchase a home. The unexpected expense of fixing leaky gutters and broken dishwashers can be budget breaking if it comes at the wrong time of month. Not to mention it's a huge pain.

We've all been there, those days when we're feeling really low, its our time of the month or we've just ate a ton and feel bloated and not so sexy. A lot of us turn to the internet to calculate our BMI, get healthy eating tips or to get some info on the latest exercise breakthrough. However we've disturbingly discovered the new internet sites that are feeding into our bad body image – and they are by no means pro anorexia sites.

As usual, the most dangerous parts of ObamaCare aren't receiving the scrutiny they deserve—and one of the least examined is a new commission to tell Congress how to control health spending. Democrats are quietly attempting to impose a "global budget" on Medicare, with radical implications for U.S. medicine.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Sarah Palin's new book reprises familiar claims from the 2008 presidential campaign that haven't become any truer over time. Ignoring substantial parts of her record if not the facts, she depicts herself as a frugal traveler on the taxpayer's dime, a reformer without ties to powerful interests and a politician roguishly indifferent to high ambition.
Palin goes adrift, at times, on more contemporary issues, too.

Not that I'm one to turn down a little something for nothing to save money, and take advantage of museum free days or other no-fee exhibits while traveling, even gratis concerts in the park can have people asking for donations to keep these things a reality.Still the reality is, seeing the donation bin doesn't always make people toss in money or it'd be overflowing daily! Even Google's free holiday Wifi program has a giveback option. If you're looking for a way to spread holiday cheer and generosity, you can make a charitable donation to one of three organizations, and the company will match it up to $250,000 — whoa, now that's some pricey WiFi!

As seen in this post, Target's new line of slipper chairs has been "inspired" by some pricey bedding from Nieman Marcus. But that's not the only decor company with whom Target chairs share design!
Check out this chair from Target, then these pillow from Grandin Road:

Victoria's Secret
Every year Victoria's Secret debuts their pricey jewel-encrusted Fantasy bra just before Holiday time and their televised "fashion show." This time around supermodel and Victoria's Secret Angel, Marisa Miller, is wearing a $3 million diamond bra by Damiani. “It is an enormous honor to wear the Fantasy bra,” says Miller.

Does High-Tech Medicine Mean Higher Health Care Costs?
A new report finds that medical innovation boosts life expectancy, but doesn't cost more
Ronald Bailey | September 29, 2009
"About half of all growth in health care spending in the past several decades was associated with changes in medical care made possible by advances in technology," declared a Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report last year. "Health care economists attribute about 50 percent of the annual increase of health costs to new technologies or to the intensified use of old ones," writes bioethicist Daniel Callahan in his new book, Taming the Beloved Beast: How Medical Technology Costs Are Destroying Our Health Care System.

So i drove to the nearest Urban outfitters this week ( which is not close) and picked up the skirt and the belt. I am usually a sale rack kind of girl. i always have buyers remorse and end up returning things.
