Sometimes a recipe can be too obvious and takes a special kitchen fairy to think of it. (No, I'm not referring to myself!) Many of us like quick and easy recipes that contain items we most likely already have in our kitchens. This is a quick and fabulous meal that anyone can make.

I think that I'm intrigued by this dish because it somehow manages to put together the foods that I lived off of in college. I just never would have imagined combining them.
It may not be the healthiest dish, in this form, but I also imagine that you could switch out the ramen and add in rice or noodles instead.

I have a weird habit. Whenever I'm pissed off about something, it's time for some soba or ramen noodles and if there was ever a day that I need one or the other, today would be it.
Man I hate people sometimes.

I've made this dish before and I can verify that it's quick, easy, and pretty tasty! I tend to use whatever stirfry I have on hand, particularly since I'm not a big fan of water chestnuts and we usually end up with no leftovers. Tasty!

WILDWOOD CREST - Anyone seeking instruction on kindness need only turn to 9-year-old Brad Altman and his classmates.
The group of fourth-graders collected the most food items of any class at Crest Memorial School during the school's annual Thanksgiving food drive, guidance counselor Karyl Palmer said.
And one of Brad's fellow students added, "He gets 75 percent of the credit."
