Twinkle's Swedish meatballs are the best!
My boyfriend (who's Finnish) had been asking me for a while to make meatballs for him, and since I don't know much about meatballs (except maybe that they sell them at Ikea and I thought they were good enough) I had been reluctant to try making them myself. I found Twinke's recipe on YumSugar and I thought they looked delicious, and since her husband (who's Finnish too) thought they were even better than his mom's, this was the recipe I was going to try.
The meatballs were really easy to make and they turned out really moist and flavorful.

My mother is a reader of Woman's Day Magazine (whose recipes I usually love) and she passed on these 2 ingredient recipe cards to me. Sure, some of them are a little odd and I will probably never, ever attempt, but there were a few that immediately grabbed my attention and I can't wait to try out!
