Yesterday, I had a crummy, stressful day at work. It was one of those days when the higher-ups are freaking out about an impossible deadline at the end of the week, getting everyone else all stirred up and anxious, only to find out later that the deadline is actually two weeks away. It was frustrating and tiring.

A resident in a posh hotel breakfast room called over the
head waiter one morning and read from the menu. "I'd like
one under-cooked egg so that it's runny, and one over-
cooked egg so that it's tough and hard to eat. I'd also
like grilled bacon which is a bit on the cold side, burnt
toast, butter straight from the freezer so that it's
impossible to spread, and a pot of very weak, lukewarm
coffee."

Johnny Depp, apparently, became very fond of sticky toffee pudding whilst filming ('The Libertine','Finding Neverland' and 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory') in England. So, me and Johnny have got something in common. I used to go to a really nice school who cooked everything in the kitchen, you could actually go and watch them cook in between lessons.
