Superb Blueberry Scone

Sunday is the big day! The Oscars are so close. To get in the spirit of it all I made some Cream Scones.Cinnamon Coffee Scones
Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
2 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp sugar
1 - 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup of brewed Folgers Gourmet Selections
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup golden raisins (or chopped dried apricots)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Extra milk and sugar for topping
Directions
Stir together the flour, cinnamon and sugar
Cut the butter into Tbsp pieces and blend with the pasty blender or two knives into the dry mixture. (butter pieces should be the size of small peas.)
Mix together the eggs, coffee and milk.
Stir into the dry mixture to form a soft dough.
Rasberry Filled Scones
Whenever I get with my girlfriends they always beg me to bring these scones! So here's the recipe: 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup of whole wheat flour 1/3 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 5 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons whipping cream 1/3 cup (about) raspberry jam (do not use seedless) (optional: I use sugar free jam to cut the sugar) 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon rose water (optional) or if you can't find the rosewater, almond extract taste yummy too.
