So what does everyone drink? Full-creme, skinny, goat's milk?

Unfortunately I don't have an image for this, but trusat me, it's lovely to look at and taste.
2 Salmon fillets
4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
Dollop of Wasabi (vary according to taste)
1 white onion (roughly chopped)
Olive oil
1/8 cup water
Lightly oil pan with olive oil and heat it to a medium heat.
Add to the oil the soy and Wasabi.

I hated having to give up cheese, but feeling better was much more important! In my quest for "fake" cheese, I have found several alternatives.
Here's the skinny:
Rice cheese: I think is the tastiest, especially for sandwiches, BUT it contains casein-a dried milk protein that enables the cheese to melt.

I spent yesterday sitting at home, nursing a sinus infection and wondering what I could possibly have for lunch with the few staples we still actually have in our chicken. For whatever reason (probably because I was cold) I really wanted some soup. Chicken noodle soup, to be exact.

I know the name sounds deceiving, but it is my all time favorite Thai dish! It was my parents' first time having it and they kept asking for seconds, thirds, etc! Haha.

Sometimes a recipe can be too obvious and takes a special kitchen fairy to think of it. (No, I'm not referring to myself!) Many of us like quick and easy recipes that contain items we most likely already have in our kitchens. This is a quick and fabulous meal that anyone can make.

yummy food! We literally ate these for lunch and dinner all over again for the next two days
For some reason Soy Chicken and Roast Honey Pork that really came from China tastes better than those which were made somewhere else. We ate this for lunch and dinner for two days.

This is my FAVORITE thing to eat: Kabocha no Nimono. It's a traditional Japanese dish made of Kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) that's simmered in a little water, sugar, dashi and soy sauce on the stove. It's so delicious, I could eat it everyday and never tire of it.
