Reporting on the Dead
Since we learned of actor Heath Ledger's untimely death on Tuesday afternoon, the basic fact is that until additional tests have been conducted, the autopsy is incomplete and inconclusive as to why this 28-year-old man died.

I was one of 13 children raised by our father and three mothers in a fundamentalist Mormon community in Utah. The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (FLDS) is not associated with regular Mormonism (LDS). FLDS followers practice the “Principle” of polygamy, which is now banned by the mainstream Latter Day Saints.

Today I picked up my copy of New York Times at my journalism school and read the most heartfelt article on Mr. Ledger's death. The words were sincere and beautiful, and I thought I share it with all of you.
I warn you, though, it's a long read, but I think it's worth reading.
