I am currently working on a series of basic tea cup drawings using chalk pastels. I'm playing around with different papers, shading and lighting elements. Eventually, I will be incorporating different designs and imagery into the background.

When I first heard about reality TV 'The Hills' I scoffed that it would be sad to sit and watch people doing day to day things on MTV such as sipping cocktails and chatting about boys on the couch. However I found myself enthralled in one certain episode one eve at home (which I later denied) and decided I wouldn't tell a soul about my newfound junk TV obsession.

As evidenced in my holiday TV sneak peek, this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy puts the doctors on a fast track that starts on Thanksgiving eve and runs through New Year's Eve. As we all know by now, the Seattle Grace surgeons aren't always big on merriment, but the holidays are always the perfect time to bring out the truth in feelings and relationships.

breakfast- two slice of bread with peanut butter + 1 apple + 2 cups of milk + pancake with cheese (2)(my whole family did not eat and went out and this what i eat ) lunch -(went jp) ate beef noodles + meatball mee sua and alot side dish and egg beancurd and red milk tea with pearl and biscuits . teabreak-vitagen + energy bar dinner - 3 or 4 wrap (wtffff) + chicken + vege +grapes+mustard + alot of things la. and there was left over chicken and no more wrap so ....I Survived the Dreaded Master Cleanse
Not exactly a news story, but I think The Master Cleanse is a pretty fascinating topic. Have any of you ever tried it? If so, what was your take?
