Rice Cooker
So, I'm sure there's some super-specialized place on the internet that could answer this question for me, but what I want to know is how many of you ladies have a rice cooker, and what else do you do with it? I just finally got one tonight and made some fantastic, perfectly cooked brown rice. I've been wanting one forever, because I'm so easily distracted I always wander away from the stove and accidentally let my rice burn. (Or I put in too much water.) I know, set a timer, I'm just ADD in the kitchen, I hear the timer, taste the rice, and wander away again, thinking to myself, "I'll go check on it in a minute...". And it seems like every time it takes a different amount of time to get to the right consistency, 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 35 minutes... Easier to pony up the thirty bucks for the appliance than to try and change my behavior to become patient enough to deal, you know? Plus, honestly, the first batch of rice we made was so tasty, it's better than anything we've made on the stove, I don't know why.FIRST TIMER!

Hi y'all (yes I'm from the south, I'll try not to use that word too much on here). I am very excited about starting my new blog on Fabsugar. I started this as my husband and I are headed to Las Vegas in a few months. I have been looking at the new fall fashion and has everyone in America right now I'm on a budget and can't afford to spend a mortgage payment on a simple pair of shoes. I mentioned to a girlfriend how I would love to have a place that us not so average Moms, Students, Part-timers or just anyone who would love to dress in the present fashions with out breaking the budget. My goal on here is to look at what the fabo rich and famous stars and trend setters are wearing and try my best to find something similar in style but hopefully at least 50% less than what the designer tagged item would cost. I'm sure that there are hundreds of sites out there that have the same idea and concept. Now, we all will have one more place to look for that designer outfit at the not so designer price tag. I am researching and desiding what will be showcased on here, so please check back often. I can't wait to get started and please feel free to pass along any ideas, suggestions or friendly comments.jealousjealousjealous
i dunno wth is wrong with mebut im getting jealous everytimeand it annoys me,i somehow dun like it,i had a feeling that Lina is going to play timer.Then i tried to shake the feeling off.So I just text her like normal.And I asked her what she is doing.She replied me that she is at Geylang, with her ex.Isn't the right time for that uh.so i just heck care and leave her with her ex.But then she say she was fooling around and say that she is with her parents.Eventhough I should know better that she is lying, I somehow find that it is not funny.I apologized for taking it seriously and she is somehow upset.So we got online and it seemed better, for her at least. For lina's sake.I was chatting adn webcamming with her and i was typing, then suddenly she smile2 and laugh2.It seems like she is chatting with her 'friend' or whoever she is talking to until dowan to tell me.I was quite irritated by then but to prevent any more fights between us, I just say that I am going to sleep whereas I am pouring my feelings out here.I dunno sia. I just bought this new skirt and it is reversible. I can wear it either on the pastel pink side or the gray side. Here is a picture of both.
