A French Mediterranean classic, this is a delicious and colorful tart full of punchy flavour. It took me 5 minutes to type all of this from my fave cookbook "Best Ever Vegetarian", I was so excited to share this recipe with you guys! Enjoy!

With the popularity of locally grown vegetables soaring, a new Web site hopes to make it easier for chefs to find farmers in their area — and have produce delivered to their restaurants. The idea behind FarmsReach.com is to provide one-stop-shopping for fresh produce from many farms at once.
FarmsReach launched in San Francisco's Bay Area last spring; its owners plan to expand to seven other regions around the country.

LOTR Sites, Rotorua, and Wellington
August 2007 Mid-Semester Break
Monday, August 27 – Auckland-Hamilton, Matamata
Hamilton-Rotorua
Morning
Our trip started well-enough, despite the morning annoyance on packing the car with our stuff for the week, tidying just enough, and stopping by the library to pick up some books - which didn’t work out because the library was closed for renovations. The weather was very promising - nothing but clear skies and mild, slightly breezy, weather.
Afternoon
We stopped in Hamilton, which is about an hour and a half from Auckland, for lunch at the Chinese Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant.

So I told you about the Easter lime tart I made but I bet some of you were wondering what we had for dinner. Well here it is: homemade macaroni and cheese, roasted tomatoes and zucchini, and ginger ale-glazed ham. It was totally divine.
