Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Dancing erotically for your partner can help create a new form of communication between the two of you. Erotic dance helps to develop a sense of openness, and offers the promise of a stronger, more fulfilling relationship. Body language is very powerful.
