This should really be titled "Cleaning Out My Fridge Meat Loaf Muffins", but hey, the pumpkin title sounds better. It's getting colder here in New England which makes me crave down home comfort food. My usual go-to food is mac and cheese, but I didn't feel like spending the time on that last night.

Ingredients for 4:
- 2 tbsp of fresh basil (Minced)
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 8 slices of "Brioche"
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of cream (or milk)
- 2 mozzarella balls
- Sugar, olive oil, salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven at 356°F (180°C).
In a soup plate, mix eggs with milk. Dip the slices of the brioche in the mixture.

On Friday, I tried really hard to stick to my birthday list –I wanted to indulge my inner BPJ. It didn’t work and I blame Sephora and their mass marketing and also to all BPJ. I also hit LUSH for that I blame fellow BPJ - bailaoragaditana.

My mother is a reader of Woman's Day Magazine (whose recipes I usually love) and she passed on these 2 ingredient recipe cards to me. Sure, some of them are a little odd and I will probably never, ever attempt, but there were a few that immediately grabbed my attention and I can't wait to try out! (Pineapple with coconut sorbet...:DROOL:)

I find Greek cuisine as one of the heartiest and healthiest food choices all around. And recently, one of our Greek friends just had her birthday and it was a no-brainer to check out Petros as it was just named "Top New Restaurant" by Zagat (and rightfully so).
