Yesterday, I had a crummy, stressful day at work. It was one of those days when the higher-ups are freaking out about an impossible deadline at the end of the week, getting everyone else all stirred up and anxious, only to find out later that the deadline is actually two weeks away. It was frustrating and tiring.

This picture was taking from www.thecheesecakefactory.com and it is a pic of their Godiva cheesecake. I couldn't find one on the German. I have never had the luxury of trying any of the Cheesecake Factory's food but this sounds yummy!!

This recipe is one of my all time favorite french desserts.
I ate like 4 Chocolate Eclairs a day when I went to Paris for a week! So when I got back I went straight to the computer, ok so maybe I went to bed, but right after I searched for the best Eclairs I could find!
