Ok... so I'm too insecure to bare my midriff like the girl in the Fashion Wrap ad - but I too wear it proudly. I never hear my phone when it's in my purse and I run frantically all over the house when it goes off.

Has anyone done this? It is apparently amazing. I have known a few people who have dropped 2 dress sizes doing this.

What you need:
100% whole wheat wraps
provolone cheese
chicken (grilled, lightly seasoned with seasoned salt)
strawberries
sliced almonds
raw spinach
Lay the wrap flat, and add provolone slice (or two, depending on wrap size), slivered almonds, spinach, strawberries, and grilled chicken. Roll wrap and cut in half. PERFECT for a summer picnic or light dinner.

I love this wrap that I get from a local deli. Its called "Turkey Trap" and it has turkey, bacon, montery jack cheese, lettuce and sour cream (except I get mine minus the lettuce and sour cream) on top of a toasted tortilla with jalapeno cream cheese spread over it.
Well I thought this would be easy to make at home as well but I was having a hard time finding jalapeno cream cheese.

One of the great things about a slow cooker (or crock pot, as it's sometimes called), is that it's a versatile kitchen item. Everyone might not agree, but here's the thing: a slow cooker can be used to feed two, a family, or even a crowd.
Add that fact to the simplicity of using it and is it any wonder that I love mine so much?
