Silly Easy Pumpkin Seed Treats
I recently found this recipe in a free publication from my local co-op. I gave it a whirl this weekend. Aside from being wicked easy and healthy, it was very yummy. If you don't want to deal with the mess of roasting your own pumpkin seeds (but that's the fun part!) you can usually find roasted pumpkin seeds--also called pepitas--in the bulk section of your grocery. Happy munching! PUMPKIN SEED TREATS 1 1/2 cups roasted pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup dried cranberries 4 Tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon orange or vanilla extract 1. Another one of my random trips - this time to McLeod Ganj. I had just had possibly the most depressing 7 weeks of my life in the Delhi summer, and desperately needed a break.
