Last night the ladies got glam for the 11th Annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards in NYC. The ACE awards were given to a variety of designers and a few lucky actresses including Mandy Moore who won the Fashion Innovator award. Mandy looked fabulous with her brunette hair and simple sexy black dress.
