Workweek off to a harried start? The best remedy is a rustic supper that'll remind you to slow down. Tonight, keep it simple with a Greek chicken dish that makes use of leftover chicken and calls for a short list of easy-to-obtain ingredients.

Seeing PartySugar's menu for a Greek dinner made me realize how long it's been since I've made my favorite Greek dish, avgolemono. If you've never heard of this homey soup (av-what?), avgolemono is a Mediterranean specialty made up of four basic elements: chicken stock, eggs, lemon, and rice. When preparing it, remember to add the hot broth gradually to the lemon-egg mixture, otherwise you will cook pieces of the egg.

When I first heard the news that Greek has been renewed for a fourth season, I did a little victory dance on my couch. The ABC Family comedy continues to be one of the highlights of my week, and as graduation approaches for the gang, I too was beginning to prepare myself to say good-bye.
Once I was done celebrating, I took a step back to take in the news and I realized it's kind of a head-scratcher.

Use blue, gold, and white to decorate the dining room for a Greek dinner. Cover the table with a white cloth and set plates with an exotic, Greek-print on top. Serve the food on printed or gold platters and pour the cocktail into gold-trimmed goblets.

While most people automatically think of baklava when they hear the words "Greek" and "dessert," I want to surprise my girlfriends with something unexpected. The Greek dinner takes place after a day of wine tasting, so a make-ahead sweet treat, like Greek yogurt panna cotta, is ideal. A couple of years ago at our annual girls' getaway, I passed out before finishing cooking dessert, and this is a mistake I don't want to repeat this weekend!

This Friday my sister and I are hosting our annual girls' getaway to the cabin. Every Winter, we grab our best friends and enjoy a leisurely couple of days in the mountains. The highlight of the event is Saturday wine tasting in Murphys.

Tonight sees the return of two shows you said you were excited to see come back: Greek picks up the second half of its third season, while Damages begins its third season anew.
On Greek's episode, titled "I Know What You Did Last Semester," we get to see a happy Casey and Cappie back together, while Casey and the ZBZ girls try to cover up the fact that they might have burnt down the Gamma Psi House. What I really want to see, though, is the Fairytale Ball that Casey plans — expect lots of costumed cuteness from Cappie and Casey and Calvin and Grant (check out a sneak peek here).

Mid-season TV is about to rev up, and I couldn't be happier! I've already given you a sneak peek at what you can expect from the new season of Big Love and some insider scoop from Chuck's own Zachary Levi, but they're not the only shows that I'm marking on my calendar. Lost is especially high on my list of priorities; I cannot wait to see what tricks the writers are hiding for the final season.

Greek's second semester of senior year is just a few weeks away, and while I'm sad to see Casey, Cappie and the gang finally graduate I can't wait to see what happens in their last hurrah. The show returns on January 25, but here's a taste of what we can expect.

While college kids everywhere are about to head into that home stretch before finals, my favorite undergrads will be wrapping up another semester tonight on Greek. In the mid-season finale, we'll finally get to see Cappie and Casey as a couple again, but will it mean the end of Cappie and Evan's newfound friendship?
I admittedly was finally starting to warm up to Evan again, but the promos for tonight make it seem like he might be pulling a few jerk moves.
