When I go out to eat, I'm too full of tasty appetizers, scrumptious entrees, and full bodied wines to order a decadent dessert. On occasion I'll order a tiramisu or creme brulee to share with my mom, but I never really find myself ordering something as simple as an ice cream sundae. Why?

Welcome back to my Tech Dating 101 series, where I help guide you through the rocky terrain where tech and love collide. It's a wired world out there, and if this next story is any proof, it's hard to tell the difference between a geek and a player. A friend of mine offered up this situation that she recently went through in hopes to gain some insight from me, as well as from you.

By now you must have heard that Starbucks is closing 600 of its stateside coffee shops. Last week Starbucks released the official list of the closing stores with a grand total of 616 closures. The closing stores are company-operated stand alone locations; no bookstore, super market, or airport Starbucks will be shuttered.

Are you looking to get a new bike this summer? It can be pretty overwhelming to choose the right one once you see them all lined up at the store.
The best way to find a bike that is right for you is to ask yourself "What kind of rider am I?"

Father's Day is the time to recognize your dad and all the great things he has done for you. For example my dad and I finished many of our father-daughter bonding sessions with a trip to the candy store. Furthermore, dad's love for Rocky Road ice cream on Sunday afternoons somehow became my love for Rocky Road ice cream on Sunday afternoon.

Dear Sugar,
I have been with my boyfriend for a little over four years. We've made it through a lot of obstacles together, and I love him dearly. We recently hit a plateau and have broken up several times in the last few months.

So this third episode of Brothers & Sisters was a bit too heavy on the lows for my liking, but there were a couple of highs too and the acting was first class as always. Justin's refusal to take pain medication dominated the episode, but there were interesting developments for Tommy and Kevin, and I like Kitty more each week.
I was very excited to see Scotty reappear in last night's episode, but the appearance of Julia's parents Beth and Ben was only going to spell trouble.

A few days ago I was at the checkout counter at Urban Outfitters when my eyes went directly to a bowl of ice cream-flavored lip balms from a little-known company called Lotta Luv. The brand makes all sorts of wacky lip products flavored like candy, dessert, junk food, and sweet drinks, but I'd never tried any of them.
Without being too harsh, let's just say that it's no wonder why they aren't very well known.
