It was a big morning for Samsung — not only did it announce that its first HD 3D TVs will hit shelves this month, but it will also be rolling out 3D-ready Blu-Ray players, will be launching an app store for your home theater, and is partnering with DreamWorks to bring you some extra movie-watching goodies.
First up are the TVs. Samsung's lineup of HD 3D LED TVs will go on sale this month, starting with a few 46 inch and 55 inch screens, while the remaining LED and plasmas will roll out over the next several months alongside its Blu-Ray players.

We've seen our fair share of mini HD cameras coming out of CES this week, but there's something different about the Samsung SMX-C24 that I love: simplicity. Although cameras like the Flip and the new Kodak Playsport are fantastically portable, I don't like the fact that you have to install and use their software to upload and edit video. Thankfully, Samsung has sidestepped this common practice and built the editing software straight into the camera.

Samsung's latest cell phone, the Reclaim, is not only labeled as being a "green cell phone," the actual phone is green! This $50 phone is said to be the most full-featured eco-friendly phone in the US since it's made from 80 percent recyclable materials.
Actual specifications include a two-megapixel camera, GPS, Bluetooth, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and expandable storage.

Samsung joins Sony and Amazon (and, most recently, Barnes and Noble) with its foray into the eBook reader market with the new SNE-50K, released in South Korea first and hopefully internationally sometime next year.
Previously known as "Papyrus," the SNE-50K is pretty petite: it's got a 5-inch screen and weighs 6.5 ounces (perfect for slipping into a small bag). Pricing (converted) is about $270, and hopefully it'll stay in that lower range when it comes to the US.

Since the debut of the pocket sized Flip digital camcorder over two years ago, there have since been many similar devices to hit the market (like the Kodak Zx1), but up until now, there hasn't been one that really stands out.
Well Samsung has just announced their new HMX-U10 compact camcorder and it's already gaining attention from Flip fans. With its high def capturing functionality, the ability to take 10 megapixel stills, and a built-in video editing application, the U10 has everything you could want in a pocket cam.

Gearing up to hit store shelves next Tuesday, the Samsung Jack from AT&T is a nice cross between the BlackJack and BlackJack II except it offers Windows Mobile 6.1, WiFi and a 3.2-megapixel camera. And just like the BlackJack II (and the iPhone), it will work on AT&T's 3G network, so you're guaranteed speedy Internet browsing, emailing, and SMS-ing.
The phone also features video-capture capabilities, GPS-based applications, and all the goodies you'd find in Windows Mobile like the ability to manage Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents from your phone.
