The Prime Minister's wife Sarah Brown was a judge at the awards ceremony, which was held at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel yesterday. The Mother's Day do honoured ten other mums for their special achievements, with Jakki James-Clarke winning the overall Mum of the Year award having set up her own support service for victims of serious crime following the murder of her 13-year-old daughter.
