To celebrate cow appreciation day, the fast food chain Chick-fil-A is giving away free combo meals tomorrow. To score a free meal, you have to go into the restaurant dressed like a cow from head to, er, hoof. If you dress as only a partial bovine beauty then you'll score a free entree instead.

I don't live near a Chick-fil-A, but from what I hear it's a fantastic fast food mecca. If you happen to live near one and don't mind making a fool of yourself, you should head down tomorrow (July 13th) to celebrate Cow Appreciation Day. If you come dressed as a cow, you'll even get a free combo meal.

In a tight race, political advisers have to stop at nothing to figure out how voters are thinking — all the way down to scrutinizing what's in their shopping carts. By looking closely at consumer behavior, including how people eat, savvy advisers are seeing a way to scavenge for votes. In the voting biz it's called microtargeting (hello Soccer Moms!) and it's as much political discipline as cute concept.

I am not sure I understand the Jack in the Box cult-like following, (sort of reminds me of the Chick-Fil-A following) but nonetheless people are very into Jack in the Box so before you go, consider these options.
You should have the:
Asian Chicken Salad, no dressing - It has 140 calories, 1 gram of fat, 470 mg of sodium and 19 grams of carbs. (With the Asian Sesame Dressing add 230 calories, 17 grams of fat, 780 mg of sodium and 20 grams of carbs)
If you don't want a salad, then go for the:
Southwest Chicken Pita, no salsa - It has 230 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, 790 mg of sodium and 34 grams of carbs.
