He's learned that soggy corndogs won't get you too far, but chef Erik Hopfinger has no regrets. We chatted with Erik yesterday afternoon and asked him about his experience on Top Chef and what it was like to have his food torn apart by the judges. Kate Moss doesn't usually stray away from her sleek modus operandi, but when she does, it's just as amazing. While out celebrating her bro's birthday in London, the Super donned a pair of funky lace-up jeans. It's very Guns N' Roses circa '90, and I love how the lacing goes all the way up her legs.

We here at Sugar HQ have decided that Eva Mendes never looks anything but absolutely beautiful. At a recent Calvin Klein event in Milan, Eva proved that the rules are meant to be broken. While her skin and hair coloring are more in the warm-toned family, the actress still managed to pull off a traditionally cooler-toned hot pink lip that had just the slightest glimpse of a coral undertone.

Christina Aguilera's signature look still involves red lipstick and bright blond hair — but now there's just a little less of the latter. You know blue eye shadow is pretty and mainstream again when Jennifer Garner is wearing it. Blue has been trying to make a comeback for a long time now, but those of us whose initial, terrifying thoughts are of Bret Michaels circa 1987 are going to need some convincing. Never fear, my Poisonphobic friends!

Our hearts go out to the friends and family of Donald Fisher, co-founder of the Gap, who died on Sunday, in San Francisco. Donald founded the American casual label we all know (and love), with his wife Doris in 1969. The company just celebrated its 40th anniversary.

I wouldn't say that the witch-centric drama series Eastwick is on the top of my faves list of this year's Fall TV lineup, but I will give the show set designers props for boldly mixing three very different (and busy) light fixtures in this kitchen. Each of the chandeliers in this photo would be a show-stopper on its own, but combined they create a space that's more about being an eclectic than a specific theme, such as Moroccan or midcentury. Wondering where you can pick up any of these three light fixtures?
